In 1973, Chris Mark mowed lawns as a side hobby for his neighbors in Bourne, Massachusetts. This hobby quickly turned into a full time job and soon employed his sons Brian and Joshua once they were old enough to work in the field. His wife Donna provided office help at home after she finished working her regular position at Falmouth Hospital.
Throughout the years, CMS Landscape grew to service more and more properties in Bourne and the surrounding area of Cape Cod. Today, Brian and Joshua Mark run the show at CMS Headquarters. Most of the management staff has been with the company for over ten years individually. CMS currently employs around fifty employees seasonally with the majority of technicians returning year after year. It is this deep rooted history in the area that allows CMS Landscape to say with confidence that we have been caring for you, and your property, since 1973.
Our mission at CMS Landscape is to provide the very best professional landscaping service possible. We strive to leave each property in better condition than when we arrived, leaving each customer more satisfied than they expected.
The core values that we instill in all areas of our practices are: Communication, Hustle, Respect, Integrity, and Safety.
We are a family owned landscaping company providing a full range of landscaping services. We have been caring for your property since 1973.
We strive to exceed all expectations through our expertise. One way CMS works towards exceeding expectations is through continued education with our staff on a regular basis. Our crew members are well trained and leadership staff are fully certified in a variety of areas.
Meet with a CMS maintenance or construction manager on your property at a time that is convenient for you. A consultation can also be done by phone if you are not available to meet in person. During the consultation, you will discuss your needs and details of your project or continued service with a knowledgeable member of our CMS team.
Proposal & Contract
Shortly after your consultation, the team member you met with will build your custom proposal. This estimate will be sent to you for your review and approval. If there is a need for changes, simply let us know.
Some projects require a deposit. CMS asks for a deposit of 50% in order to schedule your project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your project. Of course, there are sometimes circumstances where the deposit may be different or there are additional charges associated with your project. These changes will be discussed with you during your proposal and contract process.
Work Is Performed
Throughout the duration of your project, you can expect our courteous and skilled crew members to complete your project in a timely manner. Larger projects are always supervised by the same manager you consulted with when you first contacted CMS Landscape. Once your project or service is completed and final checks have been performed by a CMS crew leader, your final bill will be issued.
