Meet with a CMS maintenance or construction manager on your property at a time that is convenient for you. A consultation can also be done by phone if you are not available to meet in person. During the consultation, you will discuss your needs and details of your project or continued service with a knowledgeable member of our CMS team.

Shortly after your consultation, the team member you met with will build your custom proposal. This estimate will be sent to you for your review and approval. If there is a need for changes, simply let us know.

Some projects require a deposit. CMS asks for a deposit of 50% in order to schedule your project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your project. Of course, there are sometimes circumstances where the deposit may be different or there are additional charges associated with your project. These changes will be discussed with you during your proposal and contract process.

Throughout the duration of your project, you can expect our courteous and skilled crew members to complete your project in a timely manner. Larger projects are always supervised by the same manager you consulted with when you first contacted CMS Landscape. Once your project or service is completed and final checks have been performed by a CMS crew leader, your final bill will be issued.
