For over 50 years, we’ve served clients from Bourne to Chatham and throughout the Upper and Mid-Cape. CMS was founded by Chris Mark in the early 1970s, and today the company is led by his sons, Brian and Josh, who were born and raised right here on Cape Cod.

Yes. Seasonal and second homes are a regular part of our work, and the plan runs year-round whether the house is occupied or not; your arrival and departure dates set the schedule.

How does Nature Guard protect children, pets, and the Cape’s waterways?

Nature Guard is our biologically enhanced lawn program, developed for Cape Cod. By improving soil health and reducing chemical inputs, it produces a lush, resilient lawn that is safer for children, pets, and the Cape’s waterways.
