After more than four decades of dedicated service in the landscape industry, CMS Landscape is honored to celebrate the retirement of Rick Cox – an esteemed colleague whose leadership and loyalty have shaped the experience of countless clients and team members.
Rick’s journey with CMS began in 2024 with the acquisition of Hoxie Landscape, where he was a minority partner and a respected operations leader. From day one, Rick brought with him a steady hand, deep industry knowledge, and a client-first mindset that aligned seamlessly with CMS’s high-touch philosophy. He quickly became a trusted presence for clients, ensuring that each property under his care received attention marked by professionalism, consistency, and integrity.
Rick’s retirement, which began on January 2nd, marks the end of an era – but not a disruption in service. The clients he served so faithfully are now supported by our expanded Client Care Team, a seamless transition that ensures continued concierge-level communication, proactive oversight, and exceptional care.
