Our full-service estate and fine gardening program include everything the property needs throughout the year:
Once your property is under our care, we can layer in fine gardening and horticultural enhancements through your seasonal plan:
Nature Guard feeds the lawn by building the soil, and it was developed for the Cape by our Cape Cod experts. Details are on the Nature Guard page.
One Barnstable estate has been in our care since the 1980s. Weekly maintenance came first; the work now includes historic restoration and preparing the grounds for weddings.
Full-service estate and garden care across Cape Cod, town by town.
Weekly care for coastal estates from Woods Hole to West Falmouth.
Our home town. Crews cover Pocasset, Cataumet, and Sagamore Beach.
Estate maintenance in New Seabury, Popponesset, and the surrounding communities.
Year-round estate care for Sandwich’s historic homes.
Estate care for Oyster Harbors and Wianno properties.
No. Maintenance at CMS is the full program only; it is the foundation of everything else we do. Caring for the whole landscape every week is what lets us answer for the results.
Nature Guard is available exclusively to full-service maintenance clients, as part of the maintenance program. It is not offered as a stand-alone service.
All of our maintenance packages are designed for your individual property needs. So pricing is determined by the scope of work.
Spring preparation, summer checkpoints, and what the gardens need next.
