The Ground Under the Patio
Sandy soil and ocean exposure decide the build here. We get the grading and drainage right, so the finished work doesn’t heave, settle, or wash out later.

Before You Build
Do you only build landscapes you designed?
No. We build from CMS plans and from outside designers’ drawings; our in-house crews execute both.
What drives the cost of a new patio on Cape Cod?
Materials first: bluestone, brick, and patio pavers all price differently. Then the site work underneath, the grading and drainage, which is part of the real cost. Get a quote based on your design for the number.
Do you handle the plantings too, or just the stonework?
Yes, we handle plantings too. A palette of native and salt-tolerant plantings curated by our fine gardeners are layered around the hardscape.
